Challenges Highlighted by Titan’s Customers

Several customers have reported significant dissatisfaction with Titan Solar Power, highlighting a range of issues primarily centered around poor communication, installation delays, and inadequate post-installation support. For example, Michelle Meglin describes a frustrating experience where the installation process was not only delayed but also failed the final inspection due to incomplete setup. This left her with a non-operational system and financial burdens from an activated loan.

Similarly, Ella Luttrell and others have voiced concerns over the lack of follow-up and technical mishaps, such as incorrect wiring and damage to existing infrastructure, which were not promptly or adequately addressed by Titan Solar Power. The recurring theme in these testimonials is the company’s failure to deliver on its promises, leading to operational issues with the solar panels and financial strain due to unresolved technical faults.

Positive Aspects: Limited Evidence

The available customer feedback overwhelmingly focuses on the negative aspects of Titan Solar Power’s service, with little to no positive experiences being reported in the public domain. This absence of commendation suggests that the company may need to undertake significant improvements in customer service, technical execution, and follow-up support to rebuild trust and satisfaction among its clientele.

Titan Solar is the worst company, we switch from ADT Solar bc the sales guy said that ADT was a rip off, guess what , Titan Solar isn't any better, they don't call, they just show up when they want to, and expects you to be home. They were suppose to installed our panel by November, it was installed in January and not everything was done, the first day, the crew drive from Charleston to Conway, 2 hours, to be at our home for an hour, then they didn't have the panels, they only had the hooks, said they would be back, they came back two months later, install panels but no battery, asked when would that happen, they looked at each other and said don't know, that's not our job. Don't get Titan Solar, nobody, please do your research, if someone name Josh comes to your door from Titan Solar, tell him to go away and take his phony company with him.
